Just a heads up, looks like there is some kind of queens beast set going on sale today at 9am. No idea what it is though...

I'm baffled!

I was taken to the "Completer" page but I could not see anything new!

Managed to get a 2oz one too. Phew.

The guy on the phone was saying it must have been pulled until I pushed him to check it was going on sale. They were having problems uploading it to the website apparently.

The main link is working now btw

It is a re-hash of the whole Queen's Beast series with all now dated 2021.

So, the difference here is that before today all the silver proofs were 1 oz with thousands of mintage per coin

These are all 2 oz proofs and have 300 mintage, for me this is a good bet for a winning set*

And.... they're gone.  Nice stealth launch, funny how often RM do this.

44 2oz sets left as far as I can tell.

Glad I was stalking the RM website looking for the 2oz completer. Will take this instead

Anybody keen on the 1/4 oz silver proof with 1250 mintage?

Not massively keen myself to be honest, seems all the value will be in the 2 oz sets to match the weight of the bullion versions.

The 1/4 oz gold is a good way to catch up and get the whole proof set now, but the difference is that all the coins will be 2021

Kind of annoys me that they have basically added 250 more to the mintage of each and every 1/4 oz gold proof coin though - even if the coins are all 2021 dates.

Their justification for this is "reverse frosted finish"

The really annoying one is the 2021 1/4 gold griffin because the regular proof is also a 2021 coin. Dilutes this original mintage of 1250 in my opinion
