Number 4220 arrived in 1oz silver proof. Appears to be MS70😊 and no milk spots. Yet🙄. If I had to nitpick then the year '2022' is not centred correctly and appears to be too far to the left🤔...quietly chuffed😊
 

Picked up a nice chunky piece of gold on Saturday, and the proof set arrived Monday.

Es ist immer schön, wenn die Postdame klingelt und mir ein schönes Paket überreicht. Heute gab es 2 Stück 1/10oz Gold Tiger 2019 in farbigen Münzkarten der Komsco Mint (Auflage je 1500) sowie der Simpsons Familie auch auf Karte (Auflage 2500 Stück). Zum Schluss noch der neue Silber Adler der USA in Type II. Alles wunderbar und ich möchte dies gerne mit Ihnen teilen.

I found something on german silverforum. No more Jody Clark, David Lawrence took his shot. First proof issue, the Seymour Panther. 
 

We have seen increasing quantities and variety of fake coins , made in China, of many different types of coins, for about the last 10 years.
Producing replica / counterfeit / imitation coins, and almost anything else, seems to be big business in China.
China does not participate in copyright, design, or patent protection, with a few possible exceptions. All this is apparently perfectly legal in China, and almost certainly encouraged by the Chinese government, possibly to undermine western democracies, or as part of an economic trade war.
Mostly we have encountered these from owners who have bought one or more on ebay, or sometimes from the guy in the pub, an "antique shope", flea market, car boot sale, Amazon, Facebook, and the rest. Sometimes they have paid hundreds of pounds, thinking they were getting some rare coin at a bargain price, others have paid £20, £10 ore even less, and are still happy when told they have a fake, even when told that they could have got the same thing, generally via Ali Express, for a few pound, even taking postage into account. I am usually too polite to tell them bluntly how stupid I think they have been, and it is frustrating that mostly they are not interested in buying any genuine coins, but still expect to pick my / our brains free of charge.
For many years, I / we have been highlighting some fake coins on our websites, for a number of reasons, mainly for education, but in an attempt to help spread some knowledge and experience, hoping it might help some people from being ripped off. This is time consuming, and I have not always had enough spare time to do it, until the last year or two.
In recent months, I had been thinking about buying a selection of modern Chinese fake coins from China, but was spurred on by a topic post about a month ago about 1841 fake gold sovereigns being offered, and sold, on ebay. I contributed to that discussion. I received a package of about 30 to 40 various fakes last week, in one delivery consolidated from 9 different suppliers. Somehow I seem to have missed the 1841 sovereign off the orders, so I need to get back on and add one.
A TSF member asked if I would start a separate topic here, so here goes.

I will be adding information such as the cost from China, plus notes about reseller prices in the UK, and probably a few choice comments about the greediness, lack of ethics of the advertisers / sellers, and possibly about the buyers, all while trying to keep it polite, which could require considerable restraint.

Few silver bits for me.
Added a second little run of Czech lions but actually thinking I’m not sure I like them now and difficult to fine. Got my 2nd bar from @BackyardBullion and balanced a few Brit ounces short for one of my kids courtesy of excellent service from @Ryan

I have acquired all of the Queens Beasts 1 oz Gold Proof Coins of which I am very proud and lucky to possess. I would be very interested to know if anyone else on TSF has the same and has them all Graded? I’ve asked on two other Topics in the forum but sadly no response.  I’m in two minds about grading when it comes to Rare Coins! I enjoy them in the presentation box they come with what a beautiful sight. I understand that Collectors only buy the best and from a buyers point of view quite rightly so but given there are only, at the most 380 Sets Worldwide buyers haven’t got that much of a choice anyway! Food for thought. If Grading then I’d go for The Completer which really isn’t part of the Set but a complimentary Coin which I think is the most  stunning of the whole series. Any thoughts advice or Pro + Contra about Grading would be most welcome.

The second coin, after the Opal, in the "GREAT SOUTHERN LAND" series with Mother of Pearl. I like it even more, than the first one. This time dedicated to the surrounding sealife.

Bet it would sail through RM quality control.

A new addition to the family, a Whippet puppy named Mink, much to the dismay of our existing Whippet, Fox who is taking his time to adjust.
Anyway, I’ve taken time off work this week to help out settling in the new addition and it’s given me time to snap a photo or two.
Today arrived the 10 coin Silver 1/4oz Reverse Frosted Beasts set.  After regretfully flipping all my Gold and Silver Beasts over the last several years, this set is a lovely momento of the series.
The latter two photos depict the meeting of the clan- the tiny Beasts alongside the Silver Proof 5oz, 2oz & 1oz Completer’s and the Proof 1oz Gold.

I couldn' resist and had at least to get the 1/4 OZ QB Set. Was really afraid to see the quality. I have to say everything really fine, no spots. Just one little mark on the frosted area of the white horse coin. Nothing that makes me sad, i'm happy. Don't know if i hold them forever cause they are really small but i have not the nervs to take the risk for the 2 OZ set. But for now i play a little bit with them and the 5 OZ Completer

Quite a haul today. 1oz Gold Completer Bullion, 10oz White Horse of Hanover, 1 2018 Canadien Maple, 2010 vancouver olympic coin and 21 Eagles.

My replacement 1oz gold Una and The Lion bar.
First one was sent with the plastic case smashed.  
Looking forward to see if they offer a 3 graces bullion bar. 

My first Queens Beast silver coin to see what all the fuss is about.
