Looks like RM modern coins (Bond, Queen, Elton, The Who, etc) have been slaughtered…when you take into account postage, grading costs, shipping, auction fees etc..most sellers here will be at best even, and some out of pocket….and that’s when the spot price of gold is currently historically high (in GB£)
One bad auction doesn’t set new markets prices, but I kind of think that this was in the making for some time…too many releases from the RM has flooded the market place, in a short period of time.

Three more offerings from Peru. All going well, my next coin to add to the collection will be from Guatamala!

Some amazing additions to my world gold collection arrived today, thanks to @DuncanWylieWilson the 8 Escudos and 16 Pesos are huge !!

Outer box damaged on arrival (but coin seems to be okay)…I can breath out now!.
Really feel sad for those that got a less than perfect coin today, I know there’s a few already, and I have previously fealt that pain.

Got my 1 Oz silver Seymour Panther reverse proof set today.
The reverse frosting shows some lovely iridescence at certain angles.😍

Finally my 5oz silver Gothic Crown arrived today. It looks pretty good. 

A couple of things delivered yesterday, thanks to @GoldDiggerDavefor the portrait, 1oz brit and philharmonic and @UAL787for the kangaroo. Incidently, does anyone know what capsule I need for the kangaroo? The ones I have are too small.

A huge day!!
The 1998 Large Date panda I've been on the hunt for for many months is over!
This incredible specimen arrived from Germany this morning! 


 
Goes well with my small date and gets me one coin closer to completing my one ounce collection


 
Just the elusive 1999 serif and maybe the prooflike 1989 to find now and I will have all the main varieties bullion 10 yuan silver pandas!

A very close relative of mine has recently passed away, and I’ve inherited a huge quantity of them..just looking to find out more about them really…to show some respect for the lovely gent that has bequeathed them to me.
This is just a small fraction of them…
