I'm almost sure I've seen more of those 2012's still in some various forms of RM seal/s than loose - but that does look the best.

Am I the only person that thinks the design looks like it was a school competition?

Are you becoming Benjamin Button as each week you change your photo to a younger person?

It’s one of my favourite designs - St George is running the sword through the dragon - overcoming the negative 🌞

Nope! It's a fair shout but at least it was secondary school, unlike the 2005 which was clearly a primary school effort.

I love the 2005 design - one of my favourites 😊

I'm not saying I don't want a spazzy coin. I just think it looks funny

The Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III 2023 1oz Gold Bullion Coin (sharpspixley.com)

a whole 52p cheaper than Tavex, but free delivery. Making it £5.52 cheaper essentially

Just got a letter from Harrington & Byrne with the £379 offer, I'm soooooo tempted, I mean, it's a whole 88p cheaper than Atkinsons.

2023 Coronation Gold Bullion KCIII Sovereign Coin | Chards I know chards charge postage and are quite happy to class scratched coins as new bullion, but still seems the cheapest if you're buying a few

I actually bought some of those bad boys a little while back from @ChardsCoinandBullionDealer, I have a sneaky feeling they may do better than the memorials in the long term, bit like the 2022's are; tavex stock already gone!

Took this screen shot a minute or so after you posted, at a similar gold spot price, and Tavex (no sale or special offer, regular price) £1573 for single 1 ounce (£1565 if you buy 10+)

Thanks for that, but my comparison was more inclined towards the likes of the Panda, Buffalo, etc priced at around £1640, and not a standard Britannia. The 2014 was the 1st in the Canadian Mint’s  ‘ Call of the Wild Bullion Coin’ series, but what makes it special is the purity of the gold at 99999. My 2017 ‘Elk’ is card protected, with no scratches, and for me a collectors item.

Already have plenty of Brits……!😀

Nice catch, I'm only buying CGT free  stuff going forward, but decent for the more adventurous as nice lookers at fair price 👍
