I wonder how many other pianos have been sold over the years with a few sovereigns safely stored inside ?

I use airtite capsules and tubesfor mine. Each tube holds 21 Sovereigns
 

This is my preferred method as these lighthouse capsules are what fit in Aluns boxes which is what i used to motivate myself. 10 sovereigns loose are underwhelming, i found the capsule and boxes bulked it up a bit. For me it’s worth it. Posted these pics on another thread about sovereign storage it may be worth you doing a search and finding it. The capsules are now in air tite tubes and safe deposit storage but having them in capsules in the boxes looked the best.

In my opinion the RM are marketing the QB series (multiple and completer coins etc) without any focus on their customers.
- Releasing an additional completer coin was just plain wrong.
- Releasing the completer and announcing the new QB serieus before finishing the original series is strike two.
- Doing a slightly different design of the same coins is boring.
A shame for such a great mint. But this is just terrible marketing if you ask me and a big middle finger to the costumers. I'll pass on and new RM releases.*

Yeah completer was just a scam/money maker for the RM, it is not part of the 10 coin set but is a very nice stand alone coin for anyone who missed out on the set.

For some reason this reminded me of a character in Mario Kart 8...

The 2022 melting clock sovereign! That'd be worth seeing. 😀

The eldest daughter got jealous and @kneehow2018 offered some more for sale.
Such a relief in this time of COVID they have both developed gold fever.

A nice 2nd Coin Cabinet arrival that solves a storage/ display problem.  
The Cabinet has a drawer for coin paraphernalia, the remainder of the them fitted out with Inserts that accept Crowns, which was its intended purpose.
As a nice bonus,  the drawers are also deep enough to hold 10 Slabs per drawer 😃 and my Peter Nichols Cabinet with my historic Silver sits nicely up on top 👍 

Definitely not everyone's cup of tea which is why I felt I should post it! 
1/2 oz of 999 gold #17 of #95 minted. Not keen on the actual coin design TBH but I got a cracking deal so I'm happy.

 

100 half crowns, some big gold pieces and a Brit bar.
