I contacted the RM and they said my order processed successfully, meaning it’s confirmed.
This talk of cancellation is still concerning me though.

If your order has been cancelled it will move from open to closed orders and the price will show 0 I didn't got any email but when noticed I contacted my account manager and she confirmed this has been cancelled.

They do at times, I've had one or two where they have put "Cleaned" 😏 is that not the same? (I ask for conservation on every single coin I send in, if it gets it great, it needed it, if it doesn't fine, it didn't)

Not a bad price for a half sovereign, especially bearing in mind that's inclusive of special delivery. Difficult to find regular bullion grade (i.e. without a high premium) in stock with dealers right now.
