I had a look..not a bad premium for the 2oz if you missed out on the release day especially as they are a low mintage. Going forward it's good to know that certain dealers might have these weeks after the release from the RM when the sell out. I have read alot on here that the 1oz is more popular because of the higher mintages,availability  and price...but I'm going to try for the complete Silver  2oz set....Its going to be very difficult I know to get them all at retail and not have to go hunting on the secondary market for the cheapest one... but 'No guts,no glory' 😄😄

Same opinion as Happypanda88, i think it's a very nice circulating shilling with much lustre.

Another cracking delivery from Tavex Bullion... 

She just may be now you mention it 🤣 she is a bit battered and worn but I got her for just over a modern bullion sov and the same weight. 

I just wondered if this was a proof shilling from 1946, seems to have a lot of detail and has good lister. I realise the coin isn’t worth a lot but was curious. Found amongst a job lot of pre 47 coins.

Today I received some more pre33 gold in the form of a 1905 Liberty head $2.5
a slightly worn example but I love it nonetheless.
 

A nice assortment today.

If a seller does not want to accept the market price then he's not really a seller imo.
 
Does it really matter where fees are "allocated" when there are 3 parties to a transaction?

I collect both and can add some information. Except I don't collect near-mint-condition .925, premium too high, so potential for bias.
.925 is more worn than .500, makes sense as silver is softer The first .500 alloy, 1920-22 with the 10% nickel, also wears a lot - less than .925 but more than the successive .500 alloys The next alloy, 1922-27 with 50% copper, fares slightly better Anything from 1927 holds up really well

I thought it was the other way round but not my area of expertise. I don't have an area of expertise to be honest.
