After all the happy posts yesterday this is horrible 
3500 mintage and forum members being you would think the most eager on the ball buyers, very surprising we weren't all able to secure one
 

Did any dealer actually offer them for sale at RRP? 
Isn't the point of dealers to help sell the coins not to be a roadblock between the mint and customers

Ooh just had a 2oz silver cancelled. Can’t say I’m all that surprised 🤷🏻‍♂️

I specifically joined this forum to join in the drawn out panic, followed by the inevitable despair. 
Looks I am will be on the cusp of getting cancelled judging by the previous order email times

No I'm scared but I guess I will do it now and report back 

My order has been cancelled and my email confirmation was 09:11, I did not have a payment issue. Hope this helps @Kman . You may be in luck. I really hope as many of you get one  
 
It seems that the day itself was a bit of a shambles for the royal mint. I will admit the email prior was a shock but relief, but the system they have in place is just awful. I have emailed the head of customer services politely but firmly to highlight the payment issues people had, as well as my own gripe of being 2759 in the queue when first starting the queuing system, but not being able to get a 2oz silver coin with a mintage of 3510, when everyone is only allowed one. It doesn't add up.
 
Ill keep you all in the loop of how I get on, I'm not expecting anything but if its true dealers get about 10 of them to grade and jack up prices afterwards, that's a dirty dog move for the colllecting community. I haven't mentioned that in the email as I have no proof but if someone does id be happy to highlight this in conversation.

I sent a messenger roo well in advance but seems skippy got lost en route and I had to dispatch another.
Overall not bad considering the distance; first attempt to pay was 09:11 and fourth try successful @ 09:16 - order confirmation email received at 09:17. 🤷‍♂️🇦🇺

woman on the phone was weird.. 
She said yes youve made an order
I said yes does that mean my order was successful?
She said "id say so"
Well lets hope then!
She didn't seem to want to say anything though, very short answers and hesitant to say it was successful so I feel like I still might get bad news 

Mine says this but I called and they confirmed I wasn't successful so be ready for bad new lads 😪

I'd guess first come first served
The trouble is with their system rejecting cards multiple times its more like first come and lucky enough to actually get served
I think I first got declined at 9:02 and it took till 9:10 to get my order done

Maybe its fine and dealers can do whatever they want with an allocation but clearly this doesn't benefit their customers in any way, quite the opposite
 
 

It seems that Coin Connection took an order and have sent them all for grading - I imagine they will be in the thousands of pounds once available.
Britannia Coin Club or whatever they are called, also took some in bulk and are selling for £2,750.00.
Meanwhile, those who placed legitimate orders yesterday are having their orders cancelled. 
I spoke to the Mint this morning who confirmed my orders are still OK, but that there are no guarantees. I have been told that they can be cancelled at anytime prior to dispatch. So basically, wait four weeks and you may or may not get what you ordered. Anyone selling or agreeing to sell on at this stage would be well advised to hold fire.

My girlfriends order was cancelled, also showed three photos. How gutting.

They have cancelled my order, i only ordered one and they have put down i have orded 2 which has only apeared late this afternoon after 5pm so i cannot ring them up.  I am really angry all i can think is its down to the credit card problems this morning. 
It stats the usual 2 pics then states £505 - £505 balance 0.00
I've emailed them and will ring in the morning all the good that will do
