Especially as it was there discount code that caused ( in their opinion) an imbalance of total. Add in the fact items were still above spot, then there's no way it falls on buyers. ROYAL MINT can get knotted.

Did this one even need a discount code? I thought it was automatic on any 2+ items.

Dispatching invoiced goods and then requesting extra payment nearly half a year on. That might just be the straw that broke the camels back with a lot of their customers.

I think you all going to have post back your free 50p. 

Nothing to worry about.  When they accept payment and deliver goods, the deal is done, end off.  Not a court in the land would force someone to pay now.

Yes, if you paid the invoiced amount, they would need to invoice you for the difference.  Assuming they could show they had some agreement with you that further payment would be required.
