Would be great to put faces against some names, first coin related trip to boot...

Wish I could come along. If only it was a week later. Had to read your post again.... I read "first trip on a boat" seems a running trait for coinys 🤣

Someone who's intending on going but hasn't announced yet should keep it quiet, then when they arrive at the meet up have a name badge on that reads 'Wonga'. See how long you can keep it going for...

My  name badge will read Anne Jessopp

Would have loved to have come down to the Big Smoke for this one - alas, having Invoicing / payment issues with a client (the joys of being self-employed!) so won't be able to make it - or the Midland Coin Fair on the following day either! 🥺

Have a good time folks - maybe next time...?

I would of thought it that it would be Davie who loves pints of Gravy!

Sound money is not a guarantee of a free society, but a free society is impossible without sound money. We are currently a society enslaved by debt.

Planning to meet at 3pm in the bar area of the hotel. Those who want to stay on can make their way to the nearest pub afterwards.....

It's called 'Junction Bar' in the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury, Ground Floor.

3pm, will be there. I have been given a full days pass so planning on visiting the silver vaults in the morning.

This rise in spot is not ideal for us planning to attend the coin fair tomorrow.

Typical

I can hear it now....

Dealer: "Would you like to buy any of these coins you have been asking me about for the last hour?".....

Us: "Oh, no! I am just looking at them, good luck with selling. How many in a tube?"
