Has there ever been a coin series so large before? I know there has been sets before with multiple coins and the Perth mint lunar series that went on to the third series but has there been a pre planned coin series of this size before? When the Royal Mint can abandon their lunar series half way through, I am not sure this has much legs particularity with all the denominations and sizes, pre grades etc. I think the mint have fecked up big time, particularly as they struggling to fulfil other others they are releasing simultaneously I don’t see this going past coin, but I could be well wrong.

Good point we will just have to wait and see. Is it 4-5 coins each year? I know the US mint did the 5oz Silver Homesteads etc (can’t remember the proper name of the series) but that seemed to go on for a few years 🤔 Maybe they will reduce the number of releases each year and spread it out over 8 years instead if they can’t cope with the minting etc. I wonder if they are expanding their minting equipment, packaging department etc. I think they need to the logistics don’t seem to be doing well at all
