Hassling BackyardBullion is pretty lame, I don't buy his products, but I respect him for all he has done for people on this forum, his videos on Youtube which are nothing but helpful, etc ... hassling BB is like pissing on a nativity scene or something, it's sort of out of bounds.

For the sum of money, why further action on the buyers part was not taken through his bank I don't know. 

Even contact the local authorities.  I could have resolved this issue in 1 hour if it was me. But argh.

I have received 3 orders from Goldsilver.be since I started. All were securely packed and delivered quickly. I have had no issues with them or the product that they sent me.  They were kind enough to help me combine and save on postage ,Before completing my first  first order it did state that If I cancelled I would have to pay a fee.

Don't have a problem with that. At the end of the day where you choose to buy is down to you.

I have never used this company after reading this I think it will mean I am unlikely to use them in the future. But having a pop at BYB is imho out of order. BYB has done nothing but help this forum!!

BYB does some excellent YouTube clips and these have been invaluable to me when starting out. My choices of coins have been based on his reviews so keep up the good work @BackyardBullion and i'll keep watching!

GoldSilver.be updated their website to include the following tick box when ordering stating the customer does not have the right to cancel (makes sense).
