Plus vat plus delivery?

Yup. That comes to under £1k as stated above. Someone was selling them around £1200 a while back on TSF. :) So this is a deal, if I wasn’t locked up in an even better deal I would be all over this. ;)

Ok nothing special with these coins but I thought I'd post a photo. The reason is I happened to have a tenner in my pocket today given to me  and it dawned on me this is the first time in probably 3 or 4 years I actually made a cash purchase.  And these coins was the change and I admit it felt really odd.  The only coinage I touch today is gold sovereigns.  I know I should use cash etc etc. . But it seems so inconvenient now.  Sorry if its off topic but thought it might raise some interest.

I know we should all still use cash. I just got into the habit during the Covid hysteria of using my card . I am ashamed

Well it's been quite a journey over the last 3 months. I've gone from simple a 50p and £2 collector to a gold prospector of £25 and £100 coins. I've discovered my niche and direction and have already built up quite a nice little collection of 2 1/2oz gold. I won't tell you how much I spent but where possible I've focused on commemorative proof coins under 10% above spot, with a couple of (cough cough) exceptions.

As means of a thank you to all you fantastic people on TSF I would just like to share my collection with you. Thank you! 😁

Yes I absolutely love this 2022 QEII £5 coin. Really beautiful! I've definitely got my eyes open for a lower grade 2022 proof double sovereign similar to this one for my collection.

Stunning coins! 🪙🪙🪙
