Has anyone ever bought from https://buysilvercoins.eu/ ?

They advertise some interesting prices but I can't figure out if VAT is already included(without creating an account)

https://buysilvercoins.eu/product/1-ounce-low-premium-silver-coin-vat-free/?cat=313&page=1 - 1 Ounce Silver Bullion Coin Random Year @ 16.64

https://buysilvercoins.eu/product/canadian-maple-leaf-silver-coin/?cat=313&page=1 - Backyear 1 Ounce silver Canadian Maple Leaf Legal Tender Coins. @ 17.46

And even if VAT needs to be added, they have
https://buysilvercoins.eu/product/american-buffalo-silver-round/?cat=259&page=1 -
1 Ounce Buffalo Silver Bullion Rounds. @15.20
which equates to 18.24 after 20% VAT is applied. Which is the least expensive 1 ounce round/coin I can find on the usual sites.

I believe the VAT free ones are not delivered to you, but stored by them. If you want them delivered, you will pay VAT. Not 100% sure though.

"Purchases by private individuals in EU Member states are subject to Estonian VAT." - It's from their website.

The gold premiums are quite low compared to anywhere else. Around 3% on 1 oz bars. Makes me suspicious..

I bought bars at Bairs for around 2.4 premium I believe. Although still waiting confirmation.

Just tried adding to cart to view delivery cost.

I can't select my location. It gave London as default.

Just click next to checkout and then you will select your location. It works. I got that message too.

30 euro + 1% insurance for delivery is a lot. You get another 1% in premium just for shipping.  I don't have much experience with shipping prices from sites from abroad. Is this your average rate??

This is actually this:buysilv.png.f218e8db304ae1d73a900dc3733f81aa.png

So...there is your VAT. I guess VAT-free silver is a myth. I even modified my profile to an address in Estonia. Still applies VAT at check-out.

I purchased from Europeanmint a while back, completely tax free.

Are you sure it wasn't just added into the price like a normal premium. That's at least what I noticed buying my Korean Tiger 'medallions' from a German dealer.

I can assure you VAT free silver is NOT a myth. Come next year and we actually leave the EU, who knows?!

Many thanks, Elliot

What do we think of this price?. About 28 percent premium if I consider VAT part of premium.

https://www.bairdmint.com/products/100oz-silver-cast-bar

Can anyone tell me what premium would have been on these 3 months ago?

About 7-10% more expensive then when you were first considering buying them almost 2 weeks ago. 😇

LOL StevenDS!, dont do that to me😂

In fairness, I have bought a lot more silver at BullionVault so its not all bad. But I want to be able to hold some 100oz bars and stare lovingly at them..
