So I am on my first vacation day traveling, making a stop at Frankfurt. I know Frankfurt well, as I worked there for a couple of years. It is also the place where I first started to invest in precious metals, buying my first 1/10 ounce Philharmonic at Pro Aurum in Bad Homburg. I emancipated, getting more knowledgeable and bolder.
One of the better places to buy and sell loose gold coins over the counter is a chain of pawn shops called Exchange AG - they have fair premiums and a fairly low spread. They are scattered throughout Germany. So I went just outside Frankfurt central railway station, to get Covid tested and to look for some goodies...

The Queen's Beasts designs looks more classical, the King's Beasts Panther looks more modern.
I like the Queen's Beasts better, but if the King's Beasts stay true to the design style I will get them - waiting for the silver BU versions though.

There are a few things I would have done differently when collecting the Queens Beast series. This a good second chance to do it right, so long as the designs are good as Dicker said

There are ten statues of heraldic animals, called the King's Beasts, that stand on the bridge over the moat leading to the great gatehouse. Unlike the Queen's Beasts in Kew Gardens, these statues represent the ancestry of King Henry VIII and his third wife Jane Seymour. The animals are:

3. the Royal Dragon
4. the Black Bull of Clarence
5. the Yale of Beaufort
6. the White Lion of Mortimer
7. the White Greyhound of Richmond

Quite of a few of the beasts are the same as the Queen’s Beasts. I suppose they will have different depictions for the new series. I’m also curious who the designer will be.

Es ist immer schön, wenn die Postdame klingelt und mir ein schönes Paket überreicht. Heute gab es 2 Stück 1/10oz Gold Tiger 2019 in farbigen Münzkarten der Komsco Mint (Auflage je 1500) sowie der Simpsons Familie auch auf Karte (Auflage 2500 Stück). Zum Schluss noch der neue Silber Adler der USA in Type II. Alles wunderbar und ich möchte dies gerne mit Ihnen teilen.

Certainly.
I am basically not stacking for a crisis scenario, precious metals are a wealth preserving cornerstone in my investment portfolio. While I won't deny that we could drift into a crisis scenario, hyperinflation, partial breakdown of society, I'm too lazy to prepare for that.
The reason I'm using a safety deposit box is security. My living situation is less than ideal for hiding precious metals at home. I live in a rented apartment. This rules out works on the building substance which is usually needed for the best hiding places (hint here). I am also away from my apartment regularly, over weekends or for whole weeks. The idea of leaving part of my wealth unattended would make me nervous.
So I got a safety deposit box with a large precious metals dealer (my bank accounts are with an online bank), at a city with multiple dealers and pawn shops, where I'm doing most of my trades. It's reasonably secure, it's insured. I can sleep better. It's added expenses, but I'm not only keeping precious metals there. I need to get there to use my precious metals, but I would need to travel to be able to sell at reasonable prices anyway - no opportunities in this remote place.
 
Hypothetically, if I had an owned home, I would include something like a strong room, a built in safe. Also several built in compartments. Hide some decoys in the more obvious spaces. Also have an alarm system with responders.

Got my coins back today 

I removed the lid but kept the hinges on.  Just need a nice family photo to complete the display.
