I saw the following Half Sov listed on eBay as “Rare”.  It is obviously not.
I asked the seller why it was rare and got the following reply.
”I’m no expert” - but expert enough to judge it to be rare….
Verdict = Binlord in training   
 
 

I messaged asking if he has a picture of the coin without his finger on the plate. Is that gentle enough?

A dealer in Queensland Australia bought a large collection of silver coins and I picked up a few of them. A bit of variety!

Today this nice 1892 silver crown arrived in the post from @SovereignBishop who didn't hang around with the postage. Top fella
