Buy  because you like it!  Investment no. Can you explain your research into proving this is an investment?  Or is it wishful thinking?  Imo wishful thinking is zero ground to be making a purely investment decision. 
 
We all end up paying for our numismatic education so make the right decision fit yourself.

🇬🇧 For auction here is a cracking 2000 sovereign set containing the double sovereign, full sovereign, and half sovereign respectively! 🇬🇧
All struck in proof for the first gold sovereigns of the millennium.
Condition is superb but please judge photos for yourself. I haven't taken these out of the capsules since getting them and the coins look immaculate.
Total of 25.6 grams of pure gold with a melt value of £1,306.
Start me at £1 and bid in sensible increments. 
Fully-insured postage to mainland UK is included in the final bid price.

My 2023, 6 coin Proof Britannia set turned up today. Ordered on the 8th of March so sadly ive already lost enthusiasm for it. But its here now. Initial look over seems the coins are mint so at least i dont need to go through the drama of sending it back.

Bought as part of a larger lot that was heading for the smelting pot had I not saved it
Weighs in at just under 8.2g and is in nice condition for a coin of its age.

Nothing too special, but this is my first trade completed on TSF! 😎

My ebay scammer got to keep my coin and I was left £800 out of pocket.
Despite the fact I had proof of delivery and the buyer left me positive feedback.
They claimed the parcel received was empty.
He must have thought of his scam after leaving positive feedback, it made no difference, ebay decided in favour of the buyer, Royal Mail didn't want to know either.

Without out a doubt it’s exhausting, but there’s no better time to be alive and be a sovereign collector, we have seen the longest reigning monarch platinum jubilee, which will never been seen again for generations, KCIII is likely to be on the throne 15-20 years, so William will be heading towards his 60’s before he gets on the throne, George his son might not even see the throne until he’s 50-60.
We have had a memorial for the longest reigning monarch and now a coronation, for some collectors it will be the last coronation they see, (sad but a fact). 
 
Some  of us will likely see another coronation but that’s it………. This is really the gold era of the sovereign.   How many will look back and say why didn’t I buy them when I had the chance?
