Picked this up earlier not because of the news but simply because the design is one of the best I’ve seen. Being silver it will take hundreds of years to be worth good money but the gold was a bit of a stretch!

Alot of men do have it in later life with not to much ill affect, if it spreads to the colon that's the danger
