Not overly keen on the colour of the 2002 could have done being a bit more gold rather than copper but even so I'd pick a sheild over a bog standard sov any day of the week

A little of everything imo they look nicer and seem to hold their premiums a bit better take the 2002 for instance a decent mintage of 75k so not rare but not common and your looking around the 360 mark compared to a 2006 of around the same mintage being 330 

Aim for low premium pieces as the price of gold moves premiums seem to stick or look at sheild backed

My issue is every time I'm disappointed with the size an oz seems so small so do 10oz bars even kilos(till I drop it on my foot) if the larger bars didn't take so much of a hit reselling them I'd be tempted but silver would need a 25%+ up swing just to break even and I honestly don't see it 😔

Look on here you can normally pick up sovs for +4% of spot for general Bullion condition, that's what I normally sell them for and tbh they never hang around for long and as for dealers charging premium you need to remember they have costs involved I.e staff, rent, business license, utilities, just to breakeven so any coins they can charge a premium on they will

Single will be 650 that's what rm have charged for the 95th and every 1/4 for a while now so 1200 for the set seems a little low I'd be guessing around the 1500 mark as they do like hammering the sets

No crystal ball. Hope I'm wrong would be nice for her to live at least another few years to get longest reigning monarch in history. She not long lost Phil (hasn't replaced her corgis that I know of) the Palace has lied about hospital stays, her trip to Ireland was cancelled due to health concerns, and the grandkids have been called back.

I'd suggest leaving a sealed written document I.e a treasure map either with your will or with your solicitor to be forward on to your next of kin ie spouse kids ect and hide your pms in the specified location
