Decided to photograph my whole 1967 collection (well, about 90% of it actually...) with the start of the new year. Let's see what additions will come by the end of 2020. 🧐
 

That is my silver. I've started stacking 2 years ago and I'm in my mid 30ies.
I'm wondering how much space will it take me when it's time for retirement.

These cool little things. 3gm sterling silver each, with countries and their precious stones, and specific gravit and hardness details on the back. About 4 missing stones and not sure how many were in a set, but pretty cool!

Bought 6 mystery Brits from @arshimo2012 the other day. Thought they’d be 2018s or 2019s. Nope! Got a 13,14,3 15s and a 16. Here is the amazing toned 14!

Isn’t it nice to have friends that know what you like my best mate came over for a few days in the sun and bought me these little beauties 
he put it in a story for me and it goes from coin to coin
to the lazy pig  from The cheeky monkey just lion you are are a gorilla  and the last one is like him only small but worth twice as much but full of bull  
he is a short arse Italian but he’s class

London Paul was saying that Boris had indicated he wanted to drop the value of Sterling by 20% against the EUR and USD to improve the price of British goods. Trump has talked about dropping the value of the USD - so we look like we are going to enter a currency war with everyone racing to zero.

I know it feels I have been ignoring Silver, but it ain’t true. Just not been posting much of it. Here is a recent stack of bars, such an interesting mix. Top line is a range of 100gm bars.

This is a belated "today I received", because after a very public hallmarking failure at the Edinburgh Assay Office due to silver contamination, this BYB gold bar was hesitant to leave the pouch 

However, it eventually mustered the courage to emerge, with the help of these gold eagles which it turns out are 3% silver.  The bar began to realize there is other gold bullion in the world that contains even more silver, but is still widely accepted.

Now well adjusted, and comfortable with its silver content, the bar has joined the stack and exists in harmony with bullion of all shapes, sizes, and metal content.  

A huge thank you to @BackyardBullion for doing on awesome job with this bar, as usual!!

My latest purchase arrived from Heads or Tales, the 30 oz Minotaur.


I actually purchased this 55 oz Bastet XL a few months ago, but realized I never posted pics back when I received it.


And a pic of the Bastet XL with the 45 oz Anubis XL.  100 oz of silver between the two. 

I'm a big fan of the silver statues made by Heads or Tales.  I've purchased 7 or 8 of them so far.  They are pricey on a per oz silver basis, but if you can appreciate them for the artwork rather then the silver bullion value, they are fantastic, and I highly recommend them.
