These were only minted in 1937 & 1938 for the coronation of George VI
There was just over 1 million minted in 1937 and just over 100k for 1938 and 250 proof for 1938

........Not always but he did today....Lucky me.
A 1959 sov also arrived today courtesy of one of the Business Gold members of TSF . A couple of tiny dings (under mag glass) but in pretty good condition for it's age. Even came is solid screw top capsule.  Very happy with the whole package and also from UK to Sydney in circa 10 days via Royal Mail and Aust Post. 👍👍

More English spare parts just arrived.
Given H&B refuse to take my cash, RM gets the dosh. Ordered these 7 Jan...to hand from UK to Aust in circa 1.5 weeks...not bad.
Very happy with the quality and blister packs are solid and well made. Now for a few more of the various 2022 sov range to acquire. I think some 1/4's and doubles might the go next. 😃 Lord help me when the 5 quid one hits the shelves.

Only been stacking a few months so not got much of a stack yet. Gonna stack gold now and have a sovereign coming in the post. 

Hello silver friends, just briefly , am glad to have still got such beautiful pieces. 2oz fine silver in ultra high relief and anique finish. Much more beautiful in person than the pictures can show. Greetings from Maxe and have a nice weekend.

Picked up a very different mexican piece today, a 5g 5 pesos silver bar. Once I had seen it I knew it had to go into my collection 😁

Annual set came today, I was gonna send it back and wait for my £5.00 proof and Peidfort to come but i think im gonna keep and sell the other two now, i know its not sterling or fine silver but its a lovely set

I heard somewhere Andrews sets are 12 to 17

Maybe she does get No1- perhaps I got Andrew’s or Harry’s Set 😉

Been looking for this one for a while. 2000 were minted by the Royal Mint however most have been melted down. Top pop and a pretty high grade considering it’s a coin from 1965. Weirdly its not reflected in the NGC census. Will drop them an email. Would love to find a raw one in its original case but I doubt many (if any) still exist
