never saw that one.  So for an item that everyone had a equal chance of getting they get x10 of the 2oz silver and also 2oz gold, 5oz gold and 1kg all available.  all on day one.
leave a bit of a bitter taste in mouth. dont begrudge a business making a profit but come on.  add up the collective profits wrapped in just these few items and its pay off a mortgage levels of profit, its a few hundred thousand quid

At least we should start to get some reference sales. At the moment it feels like a speculative bubble. Is there actually a long term demand for this or are flippers selling to flippers.

    Henry VII Sovereign Type 2

This spectacular gold Sovereign was ordered by Henry VII and produced from 28 October 1489.
When this coin was struck it weighed approximately 15.3 grammes and had a diameter of approximately 40 millimetres.
The Sovereign was issued in gold of approximately 23 1/3 carat fineness (0.995 fine).
The chain of ownership of this coin can be traced back to the Victorian era through six, named collectors.
The coin has been assessed and graded by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation as AU50.
    What a beauty !

Might wait until MS70 comes along

225 was the Una & Lion mintage 2oz gold
So Three Graces today is +100 extra --> 325 total standard mintage
(x10 sundry extra mintage for whatever they use them for year sets/pyx/archives etc) so 335 max for Three Graces

i wish so many more people would adopt this mindset
rather than buy, grade, auction, repeat
if none are on the market for sale and demand is there or will always be there, there is only ever one way the price will go

If anyone is letting go of these at these prices (although tempting) then you’re mugging yourself. If you can’t make the rent next month fair enough, sell it; but think about this long term for just a minute.
This is just the 2nd coin in the series, so imagine what the prices for the early coins are going to be like in 3-5 years!
Knowledge of this series, coins, prices achieved at auction etc.
@Paul your Una 2oz gold is now worth minimum £35,000 raw, more like £45,000 (smaller mintage wasn’t it?). Maybe get it graded?? PF70 £90k???
Royal Mint increased this year’s mintage a little and next year they’ll do it a little more. By the time you get to year 5 you’ll have lots of people looking for an Una or a Grace because they started late etc.
Sit on these like a Dragon’s egg on a pile of gold coins 🤫
The fewer selling the better prices you can command in 12 months.
Do as you please of course but have a good think on this 😉

@kimchi  just searched these out for results
Certainly worth your while gambling grading it. if you hit lucky with a 70 your adding a few hundred to the price.
For the less that £40 to grade should be money well spent
