Seems like it😁
Might be more to do with the fact not many actually expect to get much of the gold available

You cannot say 5 bullion or even 1 bullion - it makes no sense whilst 5 cars and 1 car does. It is uncountable.
However you can say 5 pieces of bullion - here we have defined the number through a countable noun - piece.
It strikes me that bullion is also an adjective in that it can be used to describe a noun. Such as a bullion coin. If describes the coin as being bullion in quality.
i see the online dictionaries don't agree with this and bullion is only listed as a noun.
If you said a proof coin, here proof is acting as an adjective - so why isn't bullion?

We are dealers.
As such, we make a market in almost any and all coins.
We will buy from almost any and all sources.
That's what we have always done (well, since 1964 anyway).
What else can I say?
😎

@SilverDrum There might eventually be a Gothic bullion bar product, the Una and the Lion bars were nice. The Alderney Island Gothic set is a great collectors piece without being a mental price.

Once the lucky ones receive their coins, its then that mad and nail biting time, a 3 month wait for are coins to come back from grading 69 or 70.

No, platinum is slightly more abundant than gold.
So gold is actually rarer; but platinum coins remain far less common than gold coins simply because they are less desirable.

I've just downloaded and used this app on a few coins and it seems to work! It makes sense that coins will have a very specific ring to them. Any one with more experience than me (every on here I should imagine!) used it and have any comments positive or negative about it? Should I be trusting it?

I’m not sure I follow all of these numbers for mintages right now but I do know that 475 x 2 = 950. Not 925.

Is this the scenario? 125 smooth edge, 225 milled edge = 350
Until the 125 mintage of a smooth edge 2oz Gold was confirmed by @AndrewSL76 I assumed the entire mintage would be "either smooth or milled"
If true makes sense, but would take the edge off the milled version IMO... excuse the pun.
