It’s a bit confusing. The link is for “memorial coin sales” but it also has mintages of the Jubilee coins.

The Sovereign category is ambiguous- is it Jubilee or Memorial?

Does it? They only mention QE2 because that's what's it commemorating, I don't think it's referring to the obverse portrait.

Does anyone have a list of what the maximum mintages were supposed to be?

Hmm I think I got confused here. I saw “platinum” and “ounce range” and made the leap to the Platinum Jubilee.

Okay it makes sense why the Sovereign category does not have SotD mintages, as there wasn’t one.

Wonder what happened to the other 7 half sovereigns, total mintage was supposed to be 6000 but adding the number there including the sets comes to 5993.

That's some surprising numbers right there.
I think I will go and remove the memorial half I currently have posted up,  never known a special that did not sell out that didn't later become incredibly sought after

Good mintage on the five sovereign BU. I cant remember the order of release was this before or after the proof sets? 

Good learning for future.

They were all released at the same time.

btw, any idea why those figures can be released so quickly?  Especially in view of those year 2020-2022 are still not yet available, what a strange practice by RM...i wanna to know the actual mintage of 2022 sovereign as well.
