Today I Received.....

Message added by ChrisSilver

The Today I received section is for private individuals to share items they have purchased for their collection / as part of their investment.

The Today I received section is not to be used for businesses to promote their business. Trade members and those operating as a business in the eyes of the forum are invited to enquire about a Dealer Sub Forum, where you may start your own Today _____ received topic to post your commercial purchases. E.g. The Today Chards Received..... topic.

In spite of the spot price of silver being below USD$14, I can not find the Elemetal Mint's American Landmark series 2 oz rounds being offered for less than $41-$42 shipped. Provident Metals has been sold out of both for a while.

With the release of the Liberty Island round (2nd in the series) and with the limited mintage of these American Landmark series rounds, I think this series is now unquestionably on the radar of many silver stackers and coin collectors. The quality is in a class well beyond a normal silver round.

@seXes I'd be fuming if someone sent me a coin like that (2oz  rabbit), he has destroyed its value & it is now worth spot, its not worth sending it back, get him to refund you the difference between what you paid & current spot price.

The problem with common sense is, its not that common.

I'll be calling it 'Blueattack' from now on. Never knew it would do this, suppose the moisture content causes this. I thought it would be a harmless substance to use considering most schools use it.

A good learning curve though for everyone.

Got a package today, from a member on the Australian forum. 1/10 Rabbit and 2oz Rabbit.

Have some issues with the 2oz due to his packaging. Sent him a mail, will see what he says.

Sry, I can't make out what you mean?

But an update on this situation: It has been resolved, he has reimbursed me. So all is good. But I still lack a 2 oz Rabbit in my collection.
