Slightly poignant one here today consdiering the D-Day 75th Anniversary that has just passed. This came up for sale from a dealer who I think confused it for a normal silver 1oz Maple as the price was on par with those. It is a 2004 reverse proof SIlver 1oz Maple featuring a double privy mark which would have been for the 60th Anniversary of D-Day. Mintage according to Numista is 11698 so nice to add one of the lower mintage Maple privy's to the collection.

Today I received this stunning $10 Indian head, it’s such a beautiful coin that I can’t stop looking at it, thank you so much @Cornishfarmer 

My first Victoria sovs.  An 1889-M Jubilee and an 1893-M Veiled.  I need to find a young head now.  Picked up for just a tad over spot.  These vintage sovereigns are so much more satisfying then modern bullion sovs, although I do like anything shiny if the price is right.

eBay is a crazy place. Bought this graded PF69 1988 1/4 oz proof Britannia for £25 less than I sold a 2014 bullion 1/4 oz Britannia for the day after.

Picked up two amazing fractionals today. 
1/10 penny black( yep is a black colour gold coin) mintage 2015 (needs a bit of a clean) 
1/10 2009 Isle of Man Angel Proof Piedfort. Interestingly it’s NOT a 1/10 but 1/5 being twice the weight and thickness  of a 1/10.
The mint decided to retain the 1/10 denomination, which is really odd lol. Mintage circa 499
 

A few more additions to my US coins this month. A $5 liberty head gold coin from @StackSellRepeat 40 more quarters from @DrDime and Franklin half’s and dimes plus a bonus quarter and bag from @Peacemaker very happy with this lot, we’ll packaged and quick delivery from all. This was my birthday treat for the month. 

Finally joined the H&B crew! What a bargain £672 for 3 😬

After what seems to have been a very long wait...my first ever sovereign has arrived.and I like it..a lot !

A little unsure if I will start collecting 

Today I received...two of the 10oz QB Lions. I literally had to sift through hundreds of sold out websites until I found one that had one in stock, after contacting the company and asking if they could send me pictures of the one they had in stock (checking for milk spots), they found they had another one! Bad inventory management turned into a lucky day for me! Excited to add these to my collection.
