2009 Silver Proof $1 1oz Kangaroo
I received this rather pleasant fellow from @Stacker2020 in return for some BU Czech ag. This Silver Kangaroo was the third and final coin in the Aussie Artists set. As with all except the first few in the collection, this design was minted in both BU (also shown) and Proof. The latter gets my vote on this occasion.

Will be getting this graded with @Numistacker at some point just have to work out which other coins to put with it

My very first Australian Proof full gold sovereign mintage of 1000 😍😍😍

This arrived today, its a 1934 dated, New Zealand 3 pence, with George V, and made from .500 silver.
This coin design was first minted in 1933 and was made for 4 years until replaced by coins featuring George VI in 1937.
The reverse featured a traditional Maori battle club called a Patu, and this was used on all the 3 pence coins up to the reign of Elizabeth 2nd.
Many were minted despite the 4 year run, but not many have survived in AU or UNC condition being pretty well worn.

Smaller and thinner than a modern Uk 5p, its tiny
 

Im a bit in love with this, first and probably only medal i’ll have and probably over paid, but a gold (11.72g) 1897 Victoria Diamond Jubilee medal. Came with original box. Nice, alongside a sovereign for scale (act measures 24.3mm dia.) 




 

A large bunch came back from @Numistacker today. Very happy with the results. A few notes:
Not one failure this time (details, not eligible etc...), must be a first! 😁 Several 68s and my first 69 grade First two coins in my collection with the Mexican and the German (new) labels Pleasant surprise and unexpected Mint Error! 😎 Four coins were picked for conservation by NCS. Two of them didn't increase and two went up two grades each. Overall I consider it pretty successful.

Another Napoleon - this time one from Italy, a 1810M 1 Lira, only 33 more to go for the full set 😄 (probably impossible even in VF but you have to try!)

The strike on the day sovereign minted on 8 May 2020 to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Victory in Europe day. Not really just received today but photographed today. Have also uploaded a new video to the Coin Struck YouTube channel showing this coin, I hope you take a look.
