Received these three lovely Crowns. Thanks @Iacabu for the ‘Restoration of the Monarchy’ £5.  That’s the first tray in my modern cabinet filled with both £5’s and a dozen Piedfort £5’s. 
Three different Portraits here, I’m always surprised that the IRB Portrait endured for so long.   In my opinion it’s neither a flattering depiction nor is it distinguished- and unfortunately spanned the releases of some very special Sovereign releases.




 

Finally got the last of the set... unless they release a bullion five pound sovereign later on!

All I can say is , if Humpty Dumpty was holding these coins when he fell of that wall  an angel would have flown down from heaven to catch him and gently put him down so he didn’t scratch the coins 😂😂😂😂😂

Love high relief antiqued coins.

H&B arrived and another off the list thanks Rich, beautiful coin.

That gold proof 1935 is VERY lovely.
There's one in the Royal Mint Experience collection bit at the end, alongside such other rarities as an Edward VII sovereign and a 1933 penny, but it's nowhere near as nice a specimen as that one.
