In the words of Bill Bailey: "only you can answer that". I'd say it depends on why you want to buy, if you're looking for an investment or hedge against inflation etc then probably best to stick to plain ol' bullion. In order to get your money back, or even make a profit you'd be relying on someone liking the coin for it's aesthetic qualities as much as you do/did. It might take several days or weeks to find a buyer willing to pay a price you'd be happy with. 

On the other hand, if you're buying as a curio, or objet d'art; something that will sit on your desk where you will see it everyday and bring you pleasure then yeah it probably is worth it - after all you can't put a price on happiness!

Really depends on how you look at it - for examle is going out for a meal at a fancy restaurant worth it? From a purely sustenance point of view then no, not really. You can buy a kilo of rice or spuds and cook them up at home for pennies and you will be nurished and satiated. But going to a swanky restaurent is more than just paying through the nose for a tiny amount of food on a massive plate, it's about the experience, it's a talking point, a memory, an excuse to spend a couple of hours in pleasant surroundings with friends or family. Are those things worth the price? Absolutely.

Unless you are lucky, you will not get it now at launch price  (it was around US$100/110).
US$190 does not worth if you consider this purchase as an investment and I am not sure it will grow up in value in the futur. But if you like it, it really worths it because this is a beautiful coin and one of my favorites. I can say that I have sold many collection coins, but I never thought to sell this one...and I would say that the investment is also in the pleasure you have admiring it. As far as you buy bullion coins, close to spot, in a rational investment perspective, this is also nice to have some joy with nice coins that you like   
I have seen this coin on ebay at us$188 (in US) with offers possible, so you can try your luck to get it a little bit cheaper

This series has excited me from the start, these are beautiful coins. But believe me, the 3oz in Antique Finish in Ultra High Relief (minting height 6mm) are even more magnificent. Show pictures of the first issue again. Love from Maxe and have a peaceful weekend.

It’ll be nice to see the dragon’s return after recent years of special editions. Theres only one true sovereign design imo and that's George depicting animal cruelty on an endangered species. Gotta’ love those subliminal messages.
When the protesters get bored of gluing themselves to roads or painting snooker tables they might turn their combined brain cell to coin designs. Next year we might have George and the dragon having mutually consenting sex to promote bonding and harmony between all races and species. The coins will be supplied in presentation boxes covered in red paint and glued to a piece of authentic tarmac cut from the M6 and accompanied by a COA signed by a man wearing a dress and a paint canister. Postage costs will be priced on the day of purchase as if he’s in a particularly bad mood, he might glue himself to the box as well.
