A few times that I bought tonight at Lidl 
can of tomato soup was 33p  now 40p   21% increase
1 litre of UHT milk was 50p now 55p       10% increase
jar of coffee was £1.89 now £1.99            5.2% increase 
Forget stacking PM's I'd be better off flipping tins of soup! 

Guys........As much as we are P...off with the delays please always be nice to those on the other end of the phone, they have to deal with some real horrible people.

I can understand them not minting all of the Mr Men coins.....BUT come on,  low mintage Great Engravers are always going to be a sellout, they could double the mintage figures and they still would have sold within minutes.

I suspect its more of the case that they have too much to do.
Whenever anyone tries to do more work, in the same amount of time, with the same tools, quality goes.

They are screw top mate!  They are not screwing them together properly...........

The Royal Mint are directly aware of these issues.
Feedback is the only way things can improve and I hope that we can provide this constructively as a community. 
It is bitterly disappointing when something like this happens and can be annoying and time consuming to work out how to return a coin. 
But by NOT returning and providing feedback we can not hope to effect change. 
I would strongly recommend that anyone who has an issue with quality or open capsules upon delivery to send polite communications in to the customer services team or their account managers and seek a resolution to the situation.

When I first saw it, it was up to page 8, and ever since then I have been trying to work forwards from the O.P. and also backwards from where I came in.
I'm now up to page 3 forwards, but have developed some gaps working backwards.

Upon further inspection it looks like there is a tiny bit of frosting missing from the crown on the Gothic Portrait side. Not going to bother returning it for that though. 

I don't think RM employees have the time to cherry pick for anyone.... They just are too tired packing all the coins that the RM are releasing every week, there's only so much they can do.

one day our purchases from the mint, that we queue for online, will be held by some random person who isnt even born yet, wondering what it was like back in the old days. As we look back to the 20s
I will have my SOTD buried with me, if the mint have delivered it by then.

It would be good to know how many people got this coin on the forum (possibly 3 or 4 hundred?) and how many had significant issues. Folks complain when they get terrible, some folks showcase if they are really pleased. The majority I suspect add to the collection with no comment and set their sights on the next target. 
Having said all the above, not received mine yet so may well get another disgruntled post!!

It's the same story time and time again unfortunately...we all get hyped up with a new release....in the days running up to the Monday morning 9am queue fiasco we are chatting away on the forum with excitement, queue, either lucky or not to be 2000th in the queue at 9.01am....
We receive the coins and....they are damaged dents,marks or spotting, loose capsuals damaged box"s...and then get frustrated..moan..and take out our frustration with the QC with the RM...send them back,albeit not all of us as some do come through ok. 
Then we do it all again on the next release.....I guess the question is simple....WHY!!!!!! 🙂🤣
