Just received another 2 kilos of pre-'47 silver.
Sold as scrap for £350 Special-delivery included, from an ebay seller I was buying little bits from for a week at spot or less with free delivery.
So I said save yourself some hassle and list me a bulk buy. Even with the sudden drop in silver after purchase I came out pretty happy.
I almost can't lift the treasure chest of .500 silver coins now (thanks in part to nice deals from @MikeSol ). So I think it's time to move onto finding more Sterling, and venture into gold.

Received these five bullion Sovereigns today from HGM with a nice little surprise 2004 in the package.

£239 delivered .

1/10 oz Proof Gold Britannia - came as an unpleasant surprise, as I’d paid for the 1/4 oz!

na, with sovereigns, just buy as many as you can afford, sod the records

I don't tend to worry about the price of gold on the short term. But, for what it's worth, there was a price take down on Friday 10 November.

According to information on Kitco, 4 million ounces, or over 120 tonnes of gold, was sold on Comex in the space of 15 minutes. The 120 tonnes are of course just paper contracts and represent a high level of leverage. This is a lot, even by the standards of previous take downs. In the past, selling 10 tonnes could drive the price down $15 or more. Now it is taking 120 tonnes to drive the price down $10. On the whole I would say this is a bullish sign for gold. Cyclically, gold is often weak in Nov/Dec and picks up in Jan/Feb.

In the past people have created a thread in the trade section just for a link to create feedback.
I think it would be better just to post in 'today I received' and link that.

Not sure what is going on with the lighting (phone camera pic) but none of them are black like the edges ones look ?
Yet to sort through but they are all very nice, a few cleaned but that's it. 35 more to come tomorrow!
