Wor man, I've been to Spittal before. It must be the only place in the UK with no off-license.
Got a very nice crab sandwich, too.

Just remembered, the crab sandwich was in Craster.
All we got in Spittal was a deep fried frozen pizza and chips.

If we're talking purely "what would you do if someone gave you £50,000 to spend on numastics?" I'd be perfectly happy with spending £45,000 of it on coins and then paying £5,000 to get @LawrenceChard to personally drop them off up here in the true north; Blackpool - like Manchester - is in the midlands to me.
 
I would insist on him wearing a pirate hat and having a toy parrot on his shoulder, when making the delivery, though. Also, all the coins would have to be loose, 1oz silver coins in caps; no tube, no boxes.
 
Because why not do something eccentic? Also, I personally find the idea funny that someone would have to sit and cap that many loose coins for one delivery. I suspect that Lawrence would even do it himself!

Members who wish to list items for auction please understand the risks of doing so, please see this topic here on hidden reserves not being allowed, which is linked to in the QuickStart Guide to trading, and suggests to list an auction at a minimum starting price you are willing to accept. Or, what is more recommended; simply list your trade listing as a ‘for sale’ with your asking price. You have more flexibility when listing a ‘for sale’ listing opposed to an auction, in a ‘for sale’ listing you can set your price and invite offers and then always reduce your price if there was no interest at your original asking price. Any item that is listed as an auction, the seller should uphold their word and sell at the final auction price to the applicable winning bidder. It is also not possible to list an auction on TSF if you have listed your items elsewhere.
