Anyone whose xperiencing the same, its seems the orders are taking much longer than ususal but not to worry.

It seems that single orders are moving alot quicker than multiple orders. I received a half today which was ordered on its own.

I have 2 orders still pending payments..looks like we are in the same boat..😒

It has been picked up and the original post was edited...I'm guessing the person who felt the need to place their comment edited down as not to get in trouble with the moderators...but a certain comment that was made seemed to have slipped their notice or they didn't think offensive...😄 I think it comes down to who you are...and I'm just a lowly member hahaha.....

I agree my friend but when someone comments on my ( IMO innocent comments / views) on coins,grading etc and acuses me of doing something with my hands in my tracksuit bottoms....I find that disgusting especially when that person doesn't know me...its tantamount to accusing a person of being a pervert..which I and the majority of people who are accused of or have such comments directed at them would find very offensive.

The risk for someone who intends to sell after grading is always that if you dont get 70 on the modern coins then realistically (a few exceptions) there isnt a premium over whatever the raw price is. And worth noting that there are a lot of coins in 70 grade that dont sell for any more or less than their raw counterparts do as they simply aren’t widely sort after.

in terms of the 2022 sovereign, a 70 will get a premium over raw and a 69 is likely to sell at or slightly under raw. 

I find the whole graded vs not graded discussion is now just used by some to incite arguments and divide the forum community with witless and arrogant comments. Its not hard really and even for the witless, surely they can appreciate and simply accept some might actually prefer their coins slabbed. Thats not directed at any dealer, but one or two individuals on here now who beat the same drum day after day, post after god awful post.

while im on, regarding the whole flipping debate, flip away I say and get what you can. If there is a buyer at the level you are asking then why not, its how everything works. Pretty sure those complaining about the flippers wouldn’t make the reverse argument if a coin is being offered to them below market rate.

Couldn't agree more sir...but getting their coins graded does increase the premiums..each to their own...I prefer the beauty of coins in their omp's while others see and hope for a $£ increase to get a few more £'s.......again,each to their own..

Deffinatly..I always buy at least 2 coins when there is a 1st edition...seems like after a year or so when the 2nd coin is released the 1st one goes up in price alot......so sell one..keep one..

Yeah, the premiums on the first one is pretty high now..although it is a much nicer coin than the 2nd one....

If you use a mobile and have a laptop..log in using 2 different browsers...one might get you through quicker...that's what I do and it has worked..but really it's down to the amount of people logging in at the same time..and more importantly RM's servers and software as this is a continuous problem on release day and the RM havnt updated their technology since 886 AD, well need I say more 😄😄😄😄

Phew! Never known it be so hard to give away ~£600... To be fair, the people on the phones were very nice and were as helpful as they could be. The lady on the phone said they were waiting for stock but I should have it in two weeks.

It's not easy is it, for some of us. I agree with you they have been very helpful. I also spoke to a nice lady who said the same. I did say if I paid again and just waited for the £630 to come back into my account would it be dispatched this week? She said no...they are awaiting stock and will be 2 weeks.

So Im Just going to wait for my money to be returned then call them and pay ...just hope they don't give my reserved coin away by mistake in the meantime...🙄🙄🙄

Just spoke to my Account Manager and she advised that if a customer has got an email order confirmation then you have NOTHING to worry about for your order. 

If you have placed an order and you have not got the email confirmation then you should get in touch with customer services to see whats happening. They have kept a very limited number of items back to accommodate such issues. 

This also means that there might be the odd coin set that comes back up for sale in the next 24 hours as full orders are confirmed and allocated. 

I just got off the phone with the RM because I've had problems today with duplicate payments going through.  I asked if I will get an email confirmation as it appears to have been sorted and was told they are having problems now sending out Email confirmations and I will probably get an email when it's dispatched.... Nothing ever goes smoothly on a release day.

I've let the RM know, but I think as none of the attempted purchases are showing in my orders, that the pending payments will be cancelled.  Hopefully anyway!

I just spoke to the RM had all the usual spill...trying to process 20,000 orders/system has crashed Blah blah blah..but have now confirmed they have 2 payments for 1 coin and when it gets dispatched the duplicate funds will go back into my account.. by the end of the week...we shall see...RM never learn from their mistakes..they should upgrade their servers and software and maybe they wouldn't have these problems when there is a new release....
