Wow, you found my old camera, it was working fine until I lost it and had to by a new one.

They just don't make um like that anymore!!

8 Guernsey doubles,  honest opinion......disappointing 

not that im disappointed with the coin quality , but its a kind of mirror finish , but when you turn the coin in different angles it looks like the coin has not been polished correctly a sort of fogging /matt finish on the edges where you expect it to be shiny, really cant explain in words,

I don't think ill order any more   I prefer the phils in all jonesty

I do prefer changing coins for date runs, but not exclusively.

I have about 8 eagles and they are "OK".

Yeah the Dr Who series coins are a bit crappy, I have no idea who buys those...probably your trekky nerd types. 

 

I did see that gold koi coin when I had a look, what a beauty! I really like the NZ mint, they've done some nice coins over the years, but the postage is a killer and then we have the customs, you really need to find a dealer a little closer to home to make it worth while.

You won't regret the purchase, some say the packaging's a little over the top but I really like it and the coin's really something special.

Yay........ the Gairsoppa rounds have arrived. What do you think of them? These will be my ONLY (so he says now!!!) non legal tender silver round.

They're quite nice.  Caps are scuffs from being tightly compressed in the tube so I've taken mine out for recapping and photos.

Yes, the tiger is lovely, to the point I'd like to go 5oz on the tiger too.

I have promised myself I'll buy the 2oz ox & mouse before the goat comes out. Not long now!!!!

Then I'm complete 1/2, 1 and 2oz. Think I'll stop there with the lunars and just take 1/2-10oz each year from now.

I really like that Rhino. The price was of those seemed quite expensive though.
