Today I Received.....

Message added by ChrisSilver

The Today I received section is for private individuals to share items they have purchased for their collection / as part of their investment.

The Today I received section is not to be used for businesses to promote their business. Trade members and those operating as a business in the eyes of the forum are invited to enquire about a Dealer Sub Forum, where you may start your own Today _____ received topic to post your commercial purchases. E.g. The Today Chards Received..... topic.

Thanks MZ.

How was the language barrier?

Google translate did most of the work.

Empty monster boxes... Painful. Did you imagine 100oz when you opened them up. What was the order, dispatch and delivery turn-around like?

Some gold & PM coins.  The coins had a lead time of over a week but they shipped ahead of this estimate.  Delivery was by International Priority so 3 days or so.

The monster boxes cost about £4/5 all in.  It didn't cost any extra for shipping so thought I may as well.  They will come in handy in the future.

I haven't taken the leap of faith yet. Came across the site a couple months back and bookmarked. Think it was also mentioned/linked by Currymuncher69 on another thread which I can't seem to find right now.

Definitely one to try out

That's where I bought my set from I put a post up I think in the 2oz thread, they like to be paid by direct transfer as a preference,Excellent service with no problems.

Contact is 'Daniela Moldan / Silber CORNER OHG'

The problem with common sense is, its not that common.

Congrats Db. What's next?

Cheers UKSC.

I need one more for my 1/2oz lunar s2 set and then I'm starting to finish the 2oz set. Then 5oz and 10oz.

I want a full set (minus the 1kg coins) of the lunar s2, so I'll be buying those for the foreseeable future until it's done.

I'm sure there will be a few others thrown in for good measure though.

Stacker since 2013

Received my 1/10 gold Lunar 2 Mouse and Tiger today.  That series is complete for now.

Unfortunately, I had to get the mouse and Ox in Proof form so they don't quite match up.

With Keith and MZ's mega bucks buys, mine looks a little pitiful, but it's starting to get my pile of silver increasing all the while. I'll soon be getting to the 100 oz level so I'm not doing too bad for a newbie . Anyway, today's postie left me a 1977 IOM Silver Proof Crown, and my order from Liberty Silver finally arrived. (Can't fault the packaging), only 28 days after placing my order. 5 Maples and 5 Phillies, all 2014. And not a milk spot in sight  :P .

I was in the Metro Centre today and popped into a jewellers and asked if the had any coins, they did full sovereigns and they were £370 each. Needless to say I did not buy any but would not mind selling mine for that if any one is interested HeHeHaHa. :D
