I’ve only recently started stacking. My silver stacks consist of 5 Kangaroos, 5 Kookaburras, 5 Koalas and 5 Pandas. I’ve also got 5 gold coins. My main focus at the moment is on acquiring all the available 1/4oz Queen’s Beasts. I’ve got a spare sovereign case which can hold all 10 Queen’s Beasts.

Allright, here goes. Probably the smallest stack of all, but I'm very happy with it. In my kind of way, and with my budget, this is really something. Although I'm very jealous of some stacks here, I'm proud of my own. I even appreciate my 1 gram of gold( I know, sad right!!). Got 6 more ounces coming up from the group order, hoping for them to arrive this week..

Since i was taking photos here's my stack/collection. Sticking to Gold, but did divulge in some silver for colour balance! Don't even mention whats at the back, my "schoolboy" error commemorative RM coins (still have a little bit of silver in them i suppose).
A couple of proof sovereigns (2005 & 2017) missing as off for grading!

This is my stack of 318 oz. I have about 20 oz of silver and a 1/4 oz of gold still on its way to me. I'm planning on thinning the heard and getting rid of my few pours. I'm going to focus on mint tubes, individual coins and 10 oz bars.

Here's another pic of more recent stuff. Found this guy on facebook. He uses delft clay to make molds for his pours. Details on every piece he does is extraordinary. Pieces go from about 1oz to a hair over 10oz for the "freedom bomb" up top

This pic is almost 3 years old now and well before I went bonkers on poured silver, but it's the best I can do since I'm too lazy to get everything together these days.

Pipers reacted to sixgun in Gold Monitoring Thread £ GBP only
As i posted in the last few days there is a lot of gold coming into the sales section of the forum - i have seen this when the price of gold gets high - members looking to take some profits. In previous years it has been the right thing to do most times as gold then drops.
So buyers could well be out of cash to buy - you can only buy so much. i bought my brother's 4 coin Britannia set off him - that blew a chunk of change so i'm not able to buy much more if any more right now. It could be other members are in a similar position.
The price would not get high if people weren't buying the price up. In my view gold is cheap and we have been spoiled for a long time - everyone i hear who is in touch with the wholesale large volume market - the tonnage market have said the price of gold is a lot higher; the retail price is i would say at an artificially low price.

Just bought 3 coin Britannia set last Fri (spot was about £1210). I intend to 'cash in' in 30+ years so don't really care about the price now.

Good buying and investing though! Them were the days £175 for a sovereign! Do you remember there was only about 10 of us on the forum per day and it was a competition who could get the cheapest gold.
