I got into a discussion with them yesterday - they made clear that they did noy buy direct from the Mint and had sourced from the secondary market. They were very keen to avoid the notion that they were driving the price, but rather, they were responding to it.
Personally, I feel what they did yesterday was the very definition of driving the price. They used their extensive resources to acquire a signfiicant number of coins and then used their profile to dictate the secondary market price.

I don't think anybody knows how the queue works.
I logged on to the Royal Mint site at 7:30 am, when I started work and got put straight on to the 'new product launch' page. It was after 9 am when I got put in the queue with more than 3,000 ahead of me. Obviously, too late for anything by then.
I think I'd have had as much chance if I logged in ten minutes before launch.

No, that won’t have happened. 
For some reason, all RM orders show up as x3 in your order list, have done for ages. 
Your cancellation will be down to plain old incompetence, rather than anything sinister.

You’re much better off sending it in the original capsule (no finger marks removing it) and then sourcing a replacement capsule afterwards.

Had a 2 oz silver in my basket for 15 minutes - unable to proceed to checkout, then removed from basket.
