Chards coins are good quality, in my experience. I bought proof gold coins from them in the past that graded well. Trustworthy dealer, they've been in the business for a long time.

I thought Chards 2nd hand stuff was classed as 'secondary market' but i'm not sure that can be true due to some of the very old stuff they sell that isn't classed as it. Either way, it's 1% over spot for nearly an ounce of gold, 2nd hand or not, that's good value.
