67 is a really unlucky grade. I have coins 40+ years older than that at higher grades. there are coins 80-90 years older that are that grade so its not a good result for who ever has it. Cant be worth much in that grade i dont think unless someone really doesnt care about the grade and just wants the coin. release price x 2 maybe? I dont think i'd pay a lot for a 67 grade modern coin.

IMHO you know its not a 70 grade coin, and most of these would have NCS already im sure but with a raw coin you could take the gamble and get a 70. I dont think there is going to be as much an uplift with these compared to the unas especially with all the 70 grade coins coming out of NGC atm. I wouldn't be surprised if these are selling for sub 1500 in a couple of months.

That’s great news. I think there is an issue with the 10oz though......
The 10oz I have does not seem to have any sensible interest at all. A few business have asked me about it but they have rates and taxes etc and of course won’t pay the amount that an individual buyer would pay. Further, no one in Asia wanted to make a sensible offer (one person offered me less for it than they would be prepared to pay for the 5oz .....) and in the UK it seems people I have spoken to are not interested in it at all. I feel like the 10oz is a massive failure if I am being honest. Probably not helped by the fact there has been no information about it at all. At least you can get the 1kg and the 2kg from dealers. The 10oz is just an enigma, I think.
It’s going to be in an auction soon (you will no doubt see it for sale if you keep your eyes peeled) and I am happy to sell it and run with the money to be honest. It feels very odd in retrospect and almost like a middle-ish coin that people just are not that interested in. Whilst I was interested also in the 1kg and 2kg coins I have very much now decided that it has become a bit of a gimmick. For me the coins to own are the 2oz Silver and the 2oz Gold. Everything else is just too big and expensive and as the series develops it will become harder and harder to maintain the collection.
Just some thoughts. Happy weekend all.

I wish I could have afforded gold but a 2oz silver is fine
I am keeping mine now it owes me nothing so all good It caused me so much headache over nothing its a lovely coin and unfortunately got hyped up so much the flippers went mental
They seem to do it constantly on every new release saying I got this sold out anyone want to pay double issue price
I took some advice a few weeks back and I am now back on track
Although bring on the next if its the gothic I will definitely  get in the queue

Couldn’t resist. The only double sovereign in my collection but had to fill the gap. Looks lovely side by side. 1/2s and 1/4s are a little too small for me so will stick with the hand I have ♠️❤️♦️♣️

I agree. I think a 69 will be the same as raw and raw appear to be dropping in price so I think the best chance for good money is either the early sellers or the 70 grade ones. Then again I suspect at least half of those 70 grades will be flipped so market is going to be flooded with everyone undercutting each other until there is not much of an uplift.

That's gonna be broken out and sold raw for sure. It's scary when you think there are coins almost 100 years old that get those kinda grades. Lots of first time graders I think on these coins so think total number graded will be high.
I recon the 5oz maybe the winner here if the 2oz are over graded in high results, purely down to mintage numbers.

Mine have still not appeared on the system - I also called just to check and they said they had a huge backlog of submissions. Not sure if this will effect the First Release designation if you chose that or not but with current turnarounds, prob looking to get coins back in June sometime. Curse all these new first time graders slowing things down for us regulars

Gotta say not sure I get TSF label. May detract from any resale with a non standard label that's very custom.

In the foreground of the photograph above is my 1817 Sovereign.  Not sure which compliments what?  The Set complimenting the 1817 or the 1817 complimenting the Set?

Extremely happy to have received this today. I have picked it up for my eldest son as its his birth year. Here's to me hoping that one day he will appreciate it, but untill that day I will be admiring its beauty 😍
Special thanks to @Thomast for offering it to me 👍

I slab pretty much all my coins. To me, it means if i want to look at them I dont have to worry about damaging them or anything. Plus, makes it easy to store and catalogue as they are all in NGC slab holders which are easy to store in things like safety deposit boxes and such like - the boxes and coa's etc just get sealed up and shoved in the loft or something out the way as I'd only need those if I was selling.
