I've been monitoring eBay USA for over 3 years and was fortunate to find a seller who didn't default to the rip-off Global Shipping Program.
Very happy with what it cost me only frustrated that it was serious doubloons per ounce compared to others in the ATB series.
Set is now complete and I discontinued collecting the later series after I released how many coins there would be.

Very common problem with many fine silver coins.
Luck of the draw if your silver doesn't have any spots these days, although quite rare with some mints, but very common with the Canadian and UK mints.
Unless you paid over the odds for them I doubt you will get any positive outcome from a dealer but if you paid a premium then give it a go.

I have seen so many rises in value of various investments, followed by crashes and total wipe outs.
Once I bought shares for about £20k, saw them rise twenty-fold and drop to half what I originally paid even though the Company was rock solid.
I have just sold most of my gold because the current price is relatively high.
Maybe that will prove to be a mistake but I didn't sell my shares when I should have, because I was convinced they were going to rise even further.
No-one on the planet can forecast commodity prices and guarantee PMs as a safe investment - this is classed as high risk for a reason.
