Three Charles I additions.
Charles I (1625-1649), Sixpence, Tower mint, 1625, group A, first bust left in coronation robes, high double arched crown, rev. shield on long cross fourchée, date above, mm.lis, 2.70g, (N.2235, S.2805). Some scratches on obverse, otherwise nearly very fine, scarce.
Charles I (1625-1649), Threepence, York mint, crowned bust left, mark of value behind, rev. square-topped shield on long cross fourchée, EBOR above, mm. lion, 1.47g, (N.2323, S.2877). Toned very fine.
Charles I (1625-1649), Threepence, 1644, Oxford mint, narrow crowned Rawlins bust left, R below, mark of value behind, rev. declaration in three lines, three lis above, date below, 1.27g, (N.2471, S.2994). Attempted piercing at 9 o'clock on inner circle, otherwise nicely toned and very fine or better.
The Reverse ‘Declaration’ and legend reads:
EXURGAT DEUS DISSIPENTUR INIMICI (REL PRO LEG AN LIB PA 1644)
Translation:
Let God arise and His enemies be scattered (The religion of the Protestants, the laws of England, the liberty of Parliament 1644)

I won the 1/2 and 1/4.
I don't think I actually bid against you.  Most of my wins were uncontested.

Today I received a beautiful jubilee sovereign from @Solachesis . At first i thought it was a proposal and for an instant I considered the short term pain against the long term gain of half his stack, but on opening the box there it was, my own bit of gold for a price I was happy to pay.

Couple more of my favourite ‘modern Sovs’ and a baby half to match. Thanks to @Mrbigah and @ilovesilverireallydo for these beauties

Picked up this 10oz silver Queens beast completer whilst at my local bullion shop. Got it for a decent price and they threw in the 1oz silver Noah's ark for free as a thank you after getting a couple of forum members ring them recently who have bought from them after I posted about a gold deal they had the other month. A big thank you to the anonymous forum members, cheers🙂

I do enjoy filling a tube in installments, much more satisfying than just buying a tube. It's also easier on the pocket!

Today I received a $5 Indian Head , a  nice change from my usual 1/4 or 1 oz Brits and sovereigns

I am very pleased to tell the TSF that it has been a pleasure to be promoted to a veteran now that I am almost 73 years old. It is the best promotion I have ever had since I became an OAP. Seemingly Rishi is giving me an extra increase in my pension this month because of you guys. Good eh! I can now afford to buy more PM's. Talk about Win-Win.

Thats a shocker slack.. make the most of whats left   ive always said spend it all. but If you are leaving loot for the kids then sovs are best..  if its a proper 'collection' make sure your son knows what you are leaving him.   including the effort n love of metals you put into it.  fair sailing sir....

Yes. I worry about the same issue, Ive got terminal lung cancer so in time my 'collection' will be passed on, so its 'sellability' is a critical factor, I suspect many a coin collection that has been carefully and lovingly put together over many years has been passed on to a new generation only to be broken up and sold off cheaply either through ignorance, carelessness or even dodgy dealers taking advantage of the sellers lack of knowledge, my only answer to this is to keep the collection as simple as possible (not easy) and leave copious notes with the collection for my son to decipher in years to come, best wishes to all

Some Memorials courtesy of @TavexBullion and the 2023 1/10 'Roos thanks to @BleyerBullion. I was a tad worried about these as the kangaroos looked overly muscly in all the photos I'd seen but they are fine in hand👍. 

Today i received a superb win from @CoinsOfTheRealmAuctions. A gold 4 coin 1997 Britannia set. Every coin is in tip top, clean condition just as if they came from the mint today. All excellent candidates for grading but that's something I have to think about. Pairs perfectly with my silver set so keeping up my matching gold and silver collecting habit lol. It also breaks me in to my first 1oz gold coin so I'm chuffed it's such a great one. 

Managed to nab the full and half in recent separate auctions. Chuffed as there were no 1977’s minted by RM so figured IOM was as close as I’d get for this year 👍🏼
