Got paid now look at the price! I knew it!
Judging from the few articles I’ve read today looks like more massive redundancy announcements will be happening from some of the major multi national companies. Sadly this is just the beginning of the descent to unprecedented economical issues that will occur as 2024 unfolds.
I’m hearing similar things from a few different companies, we’ve just had a local butchers (family firm) close its doors they supplied meat nationwide to restaurants and even premier league clubs, inflation meant that had to increase prices, one big buyer pulled out and then 3 restaurants went under and took them for over 100k in total, in the end they just closed the doors, they had over 20 staff and had been in business since the 1940’s

there is no longer any possibility to pay money to someone's account, I already tried to pay my girlfriend and they refused and she had to go and pay it herself
In future you can just pay it in with her debit card at one of the automated machines instead of the counter, depending on which bank you use, you don’t even need the PIN number of the card.

Certainly do 15 years livaboard now
Hats off to you sir, that’s what I would like to do, I watch a lot of YouTube narrow boater channels I find them relaxing and a good escape from most of modern life’s issues, my wife having none of it though, I’ve told her I’m just going to run away and live on a narrow boat!
From what I have seen, The Pocklington canal looks stunning.

AP News has reported that a US Arleigh Burke-class destroyer and two commercial vessels were targeted in the Red Sea.

I saw that earlier and thought the same.

In the UK we have ridiculously high immigration and people living longer than ever alongside historically low house building (especially social housing) demand will be outstripping supply for decades unless we have some major crisis that kills hundreds of thousands. I don’t believe that house prices will crash here, I think they will start to rise again rapidly once we see interest rate cuts.

These are the same as the ones I have

Bearest business account is GALLERY8SIX LTD according to the notification posted, so he has basically registered a LTD company in the past 3 weeks with the same name as a legitimate forum member/sponsor, is this correct?

I've been thinking about this, with jobs disappearing right centre and left and UBI becoming more likely by design.
I suspect a CBDC or variant would be used for UBI, a programmable token that you'd need to register for.
The more I think about it, the more private details (and permissions) they'd be likely to demand for eligibility.
So there's a good chance I may have to forgo the 'free money' option, depending on the terms I'd have to agree in advance
Free money? Not so fast..
I have no intention of living in a CBDC / UBI / AI / 15 Minute City S**thole. If this is what they have planned, the NHS clapping seals & the eternally offended they thems, can have it, I will be checking out of this world.

I like the math behind the envelope approach. Will think of best way to do this but the 1oz sounds good, but I think we need to make it £1800 just to be safe given the gold rise. Plus I think I will go for an 2024 Buffalo. So the premium is to be included. Anything left over can go towards next year….or a small gold coin!!!
I would love a Buffalo too, I might go for that too
