In the same week seven Queen Elizabeth II proof sovereigns came back from conservation & grading by PCGS and one (the 2013) from the Coin Cabinet auction. 

2014 RAM Silver Proof "Explorers' First Sightings" -  Western "John Major" Greys    The second in the set of three "Explorers' First Sightings", this is a coin noteworthy only for its almost comprehensive lack of interest or appeal.    The engraving by imminently obscure pointillist Aaron Baggio is based on little known Henry Richter's depiction of Western Grey Kangaroos - an image which was, itself, based on a sketch by lesser-known lithographer John Gould in 1838. The litany of mediocrity is outstanding.   Although the quality of detail in the "nice enough" portrayal of Western Grey Kangaroos did continue their customary exceedingly high standards, the RAM appear to have been scraping the bottom of a barrel of coprolite deposited by the T-Roo with this numismatic also-ran.   Once again, my vote goes to the frostie over the proof. ---------------------------------

Stack update.

Condensed Silver stack down now. Probably will keep it at this as its too heavy to transport. 

Only looking to add the 2012 and victoria anniversary sovs to this i think. Then it will just be bullion sovs going forward.
Have the new lion in the post on the way. Will then get the last 2 and that will be me. Probably just brits going forward.

I spent thousands through the-sales room them till I then had an issue. Fortunate for me it was only over a £15 coin. The-salesroom themselves washes their hands of the situation sitting it was down to their client (auction house) making the final decision. In short I dealt with high rated seller, that was in fact a one man band I later discovered on a mobile. 
 
Whilst I did make some great connections through the-Salesroom I do a lot of independent research outside this nameless/faceless platform. It also usually works out cheaper too as you don’t pay their middle man fees. 
 
In summary in my experience, the-salesroom don’t care about the people that use the auctions, rather just their clients that pay them.
