    Had a double delivery this morning. A second 1/10 Elephant (2016) from @silverroller and 3 x 1/10 Brits (2021) courtesy of @RiverbankSilver.
Still looking for another Elephant, very reluctant to pay the premium Atkinson's are charging for their '22.
Pulled the trigger on a few more last night from a certain dealer up in Lancashire, so the collection growing nicely 👊

So after eying up @Leonmarshwatch listing, I was sent down a rabbit hole of research, videos, reviews and online browsing.
I ended up with the following which came today. Not a coin but I thought I would share as technically, it’s Leon’s fault for sparking the idea of a new watch.
    Omega Seamaster 300 2021

Nice little parcel came from Down Under via Blackpool this morning!
To be fair to @ChardsCoinandBullionDealer they were the best deal on offer for this particular combination, I am very happy with the result. Beautiful coins swiftly delivered.
Looks like there may be a few date runs on the cards...........🤔. Maybe Pandas next?
    Have a great day everyone👍

2022 Sovereign - Make Mine A Double! A really stunning thing, a big spend for me, but so, so worth it.

And a nice box & caps for it, and space for its smaller siblings in the hopefully not too distant future.

I like the huge range there are of German States coins, from the days before German Unification, the one in 1871, not the one in 1990, which was a re-unification.
Wikipedia says there were 39 German States, but some years ago, I counted about 240 to 240, including City States.
Here is an example from Hamburg, actually the Free Hanseatic city of Hamburg:

Obverse: Hamburg Crest, (Castle with three towers)

    Reverse:
    * 1 *
    SCHILLING
    HAMB. COUR.
    1855
This example is without mintmark, but other similar coins have a mintmark "A" below the date.
Anybody want to guess the silver content?
    😎

Sterling Silver Pistrucci Key Tray   A splendid auction pick-up at spot, this 2007 Royal Mint Sterling silver salver weighs in at a respectable 498g and was one of a limited edition of 1,000. Complete with a splendid full set of six hallmarks it can be used for keys, small change, boiled sweets, spare screws or even serve as a water bowl for a small dog.   I shall be using mine as a jelly mould.

Thanks everyone. I would be interested in selling them at auction. How may I do this?

Also can you please tell me if this value is correct. I am getting around $246 with 17 total coins on this coin calculator: https://www.goldbuyersusa.com/coin-calculator/

I entered 17 quantity, World Silver Coins > Mexico Silver 100 Pesos

Please let me know if this is what I should be selling them for or maybe more at auction?

There was something in the news recently about teaching Latin in schools. Nearly 400 years ago, we were using it, or at least Roman Numerals,  to show coin  denominations, as evidenced by this halfcrown:

Although under Oliver Cromwell, the Latin legends had been exchanged for English ones, as in GOD WITH US,  although some people would read it as GOD WITH VS, with Sun mintmark.

    Reverse:
    THE COMMONWEALTH OF ENGLAND
For some reason, Doug thought it might look better with some colour:

Who wants to go back to Imperial measures, and pre-decimal £.s.d. coinage?
    12.5 pence better?
    😎

Don't think I've ever posted on this thread, but felt I had to in this instance - didn't strictly receive them today (actually yesterday!) but wanted to thank the members responsible for supplying the final 5 x 1oz Silver 2021 Britannias to complete my first Full Tube! 😁 🎉
    So a big thank you to @arphethean & @SilverDrum for 3 & 2 Brits respectively 😊
...and I already have a couple of empty tubes standing by to start again! 😏

^^ (not toned, just the dodgy lighting in the spare room / office 😊)

    Full Tube!! Yaaay !!
