LJS sends the items to whoever wants to run it when the tickets are all sold the cash is transferred to LJS and then the draw takes place for X amount each. whoever wins pays postage on top of their ticket and receives the goods….

I realise that would be more work for whoever does organise it, but it might be worth the effort if it appeals.
