Just to be fair - he followed up by sending me a photo of him holding the Una and Lion he is selling for 165K....

Best

Dicker

So, are we being too harsh on him?  Maybe he is a dedicated collector that just doesn't know how to sell expensive items??  Or maybe he "inherited" them.  But then why use old pictures?  It is all very strange.

2019 una and the lion Gold 2oz.

Well south after Una sand the lion 2oz gold high grade PF70 check the reference on image. Thanks again

Royal Mint

I know a few members on here can't spell but FFS if you were selling £35,000 coin I'm sure you'd manage to spell sought not south & and not sand, lol.

The problem with common sense is, its not that common.

It's very hard to get an item removed, even if multiple buyers report it with evidence of the original source of their images.

I once got so annoyed that I phoned and spoke to someone; she said that because the item passed whatever internal checks they do, it would remain.

Likewise shill bidding from sellers who use the hiddden buyer facility, it seems almost impossible to get them to take action.......

I know..Ebay is... what it is....but we have had items taken off...its hard but as I said.. if enough people complain..Ebay eventually take down the item...but it does seem like we are fighting a losing battle with these scammers..

The watch that was "sold" seems to have been relisted.

Nothing sinister about that, he probably has the remaining 99 of them still in stock, that's about £500 worth of stock! 🙂

Correction £495.

There's going to be some very unhappy people when they realise they've been duped.

Somewhat surprisingly, he has positive feedback for two gold Queens Beasts completer coins :o

When those buyers try to sell, I guess he will be long gone, they may take years to find out.......

Also, he has now also branched out into the old favourite: Rolex watches (where the market is on fire) :

Funnier yet, when I searched rolex datejust 41mm, I got this in 3rd place:

It’s funny how you-Paul have flagged items. Yet the description was clearly -face to face pick up! Because of people like you jealous once that can not handle the fact I have these items. You go off messing about on forums! I only started to sell again through eBay as it’s safe and now patents are managed by eBay them self’s. In addition 2 buyers were very happy. If I would have been a dodgy seller I would have been removed by eBay and not have have any high selling limits! Get your facts straight before you taint peoples reputation!
