Yeah the pound surged against the dollar but metals went up too so they kind of cancelled each other out.

Metals are going up. They are kind of fox-trotting their way about it! lol But look at the longer term graphs, and from November onwards there is a distinct up trend.

They seem to be bumping around a bit less than I have seen in the past, strange with everything that's going on in the world at the moment.

Yes, I will sell about 50% in the next few months. It is a bumpy upward ride, but I am pretty certain we saw prices bottom out in November.

I'm a little bit surprised that the UK election results have had pretty much no affect on PM prices....

something that had significant coverage to state exactly

the date and polls on the likely outcome is unlikely to create

a huge swing in the markets. especially as the policies are

likely to remain very similar to those we had before the election.

Artificially lowered prices resulting in supply crunch and ever increasing demand might be turning out in the different situation. Today, silver is 17.39/oz, not exceptionally high, but still steadily rising.

Just bought 30 oz of silver at bullion vault for 10p under spot. Usually the price is usually within a penny or two around the spot price. A price drop coming maybe?

Currently down 3.7%, but the £ also fell against the $ so not a huge fall in £ terms.
