A couple of Morgan's today, unfortunately no new dates filled, but the new 98' has replaced the 98' I had so not too bad

I got some of my tools finally so gave a shot at my new range of 100gm(ish) bars. 

I wanted them to look raw and different to other bars. Getting close to the finish I want. 

A bit different from their normal stuff, may even be worth grading!😆
 

A 2018 proof half sovereign. This one went through the Trial of the Pyx. 

It’s the first week and I seriously doubt am going to top these with anything cooler this year.

Hello, everyone. I recently received this beauty. This is my first gold coin (although I have gold bars from before). The camera doesn't deliver the right colour. I was expecting more coins from another order, but the delivery company is taking their time.

I think this will be the coin I try my hand at cleaning for the first time, given it's purely bullion and a big coin seems like a good test subject. It could use a little TLC 😆 
This coin is very thin making it appear very large relative to it's actual weight. It weighs 13% less than two of the 1/4 oz coins combined, but appears similar in size to about 5-6 of them 😮 

Today I received.... Some date fillers for my 1817 - present date run!
 

Honestly The East India Company does some nice coins. This “Shield Sov” is stunning, and the little details like the small George and Dragon by the date is awesome.

My last purchase of the year from a local shop in the city near me. A lovely Swiss 20 Franc from 1947.
This will be my last buy in a while. I will be moving to another part of town early 2020.

There were 5 Philharmonic. And some silver bars. And to make the order even the 4 1/20 oz Pandas and the 1/4 oz Maple and the silver were thrown in at spot. Even with magnifier, you can barely read the Pandas. I think I'm going to trade those for a 1/4 oz coin LOL. I like this design on silver bars. Silvertown makes them.
