As mentioned initiate small claims asap, leave negative google reviews and the small claims court will cause fear

I never bought platina before but I want to get into it as an extra precious metal next to my gold and silver stack but what is bet to buy ?
At Goldsilver.be I saw this nice Kookaburra 1/10 OZ coin for 128 euro (https://goldsilver.be/nl/home/4049-perth-mint-110-oz-platinum-kookaburra-2021-bu-15.html ) with a mintage of 15000 pieces or should I better go for a 1 ounce coin for around 1050-1100 euro with no limited mintage ?
I think the price difference is not so high in comparison with 1/10 golden coins, certainly not for a limited Kookaburra.
But I have no idea about the platina market so I have no Idea what to buy best ...
There is a lovely 1/10oz plat kook available on the forum currently 😜

Thanks seems way to much hassle and not beneficial for the buyer to buy from the uk. Free trade is getting harder!

Apparently silver coins are not subject to vat in netherlands only bars. But i dont know the ins and outs

Thanks so without mismarking it it appears it could be subject to customs and not fully insurable

Hi
i am looking to send 35oz of silver from the uk to netherlands via PO and have never posted to the EU. does anyone know whether you can insure up to 1k, postage cost and if the other person would have to pay vat, i imagine this would depend on their local rules?
thanks

Can you not make a few journeys and carry the coins on you in a tube. I have never had issues with tubes of silver in my luggage

the customer service at HGM is quite good, although I was very disappointed in their 'Best Value Sovereigns'. I ordered 4, of which one had obviously been cleaned, and the other was slightly damaged. This is compared to 10 brand new ones, when ordering the same product from BPB.
Best value will also be BU/potentially cleaned with light marks. Iv bought a lot from them in the past but nowadays they overprice some year sovs and generally are expensive

Or you can just work out pure weight * gold price per gram so 7.322g * 22ct g price

So you're consistently getting silver into the UK and avoiding 20% vat? What is the secret?😂
Many order from private dealers in canada but involves marking the parcel lower so for insurance purposes risk is on you. Personally had 10 parcels delivered no problems worked out 23£ oz after post

As much stick as they get. They don’t half churn out some good deals sometimes. Some really good ones pop up randomly but are sold out within the hour if not less!
Its still a 3% premium which is the norm eg chards, the price is low as Gold price has fallen
