Not a good deal. Before the silver shortage these where selling at more or less the same price per ounce as 1 oz silver BU maples. I know, I have 7 of these. Bought most while the price was crashing and premiums hadn't shot up yet.
These German shops have them at competitive pricing. Shipping cost outside Germany can be high at these shops though.
Pricing on these is better then Baird & Co, because coinbars are VAT free and selling at higher premium then normal bars.

I base my investment decisions always on buy back rates from dealers, being the worst case scenario. Nowadays the spread is of course not the same as it was pre shortage.
But still, buy back rate of gs.be for maples is €18.46, being €2.85 over spot (18% over spot).
Before the silver bullion shortage, buy back at gs.be was about 10% over spot.

Don't forget we get a much higher premium back on Maples selling them to a dealer here in Europe. You have to look at the spread between buy and sell.

I'm also a fan. I buy one tube of each year.
    1. Not many 1 oz government issued coin bars out there
    2. Nice designs
    3. Limited mintage
    4. Premiums not too high
    5. Well known quality minting company

I make a calculation in this thread a while back. When spending a certain amount range the 1kg are better deal, but otherwise the 100 oz are more cost effective.

You can find them at German dealers.
Goldsilver.be eg only has coinbars. They have/had them in 1 kg and more. They probably stay away from the regular silver bars due too VAT reasons.

I understand what you mean. 100 oz bar only has two price tiers. For 1 up to 4 bars and as from 5 bars.
1 kg bars give you the option of 5 price tiers.
So with a budget to spend of about £4000-£6000, you get a better price per ounce buying 1 kg bars. This means between approx 300-500 ounces.
Below table makes it more visual. (Prices excl VAT)

All depends whether you believe they will be coming down and whether you are happy with the amount of silver you have.
I am happy with the amount, so I'm glad I don't have to buy at these premiums.

I bought the 100 oz from them recently. They shipped it to me in Belgium in less then a week. Poland shouldn't be an issue.
Also resale value is higher and easier for 1 kg bars vs 30 kg bar.

I don't think price is good enough. UK buyers are better off buying the 100 oz bars of Bairds. Certainly not good enough to be worth the effort vs risk.

Indeed, best to create a separate post in the silver section.
    1. What is your target buy price (excl VAT) for each 30 kg bar in line with volume purchase.
    2. What is the minimum volume you need to close a deal directly with the factory.
    3. What is your logistics/transport plan?
    4. Exclusive UK deal or also open to continental EU buyers?

FYI. My 100 oz delivery from Bairds to Belgium, so also outside of UK, was about €40. So the €85 is not applicable for aĺl countries outside of UK.

    My 2 cents
Here is a comparison of total price, including delivery.  What is the cheapest for some isn't for all when you take in consideration all the cost.
For Goldsilver I use the 1 kilo kookaburra pointed out by @dga00.
Shipping is for my location - Romania (Thx for pointing out @SilverPirate007 )
